Bear Trail Den: Studio unit on the main floor of a chalet. Comfortably sleeps two singles. Kitchenette includes sink, microwave, toaster oven, electric fry-pan and bar-size fridge only. All dishes/pots etc. but no full-size stove. There is a full bathroom with a shower only (no tub), sauna, color TV, VCR, washer and dryer. Perfect for the budget minded skier who likes to walk to the village and to skiing -- ideal location. Rates negotiable upon length of booking.

Bear Trail Lair: One-bedroom suite on the main floor of a chalet. The large bedroom has two closets and a queen-size bed with lovely pine furnishings. There is a double sofa-bed in the living room with a nice wood-burning fireplace. It is comfy and has a south facing sun-deck out front -- sun all day here! Great location. One full bathroom in the suite and shared sauna and laundry facilities with the studio above. Full kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave. Beautiful outdoor eight- to 10-person hot tub. Nice safe yard for kids for summer play and winter snowman making enjoyment. Kids welcome! Rate is $1,600/month.

Bear Trail Chalet: Four-bedroom traditional Austrian-style ski chalet has three full bathrooms, one with shower and two with tubs; an eight- to 10-person outdoor hot tub; sauna; large pine dining table; Squamish-rock fireplace; full-size washer/dryer; bar-fridge; two colour TVs, VCR, stereo. Kitchen has Jenn-air range/convection oven and microwave/convection oven. Guests love this warm and comfortable family home. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second has a double bed and a single log bunk, the third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. This holiday home backs up to Lost Lake Park so it is great for summer hiking or for winter cross-country skiing. It's an flat easy 10 minute walk to Blackcomb or 15 minutes to Whistler Village and the gondolas via the valley trail. This is an ideal location -- perfect for family or group vacations. Caretaker is on-site to do snow removal and parking for three vehicles with paid snow removal done every snow fall. Summer rentals are $4,500 per month or $1,400 per week.
